You can do this by visiting the official Comelec website.Step 2: Input Your InformationOnce you're on the Precinct Finder webpage, you will be prompted to input specific information. To find your designated polling place and precinct number, you will need to provide the following details: 
Full Name: Enter your complete name as it appears on your voter registration record. 
Date of Birth: Input your birthdate to help the system verify your identity. 
Date of Registration: Specify the date you registered as a voter. This date is essential for confirming your eligibility to vote in the upcoming elections.Step 3: Receive Your Precinct InformationAfter you've filled in the required fields, click the "Search" or "Find My Precinct" button.
